I had the opportunity to have one of my art pieces displayed in the Crocker Art Museum in Sacramento, California in the Student Kingsley Inspirations show. We had to create a piece that was inspired by artwork displayed in the Crocker. I chose to base my piece off of the painting "Shoemakers" by Hung Liu. My piece was featured on the show's poster. The posters were displayed around the museum, and it was cool that my piece was on them!
While my art teacher was at the awards night, which was also the last night the display was showing, she brought me back one of the posters.
